These writers are the so called truth writers. Despite all they have to write the truth, wishing that some people will read what they see.

January 15, 1999: Pedro Arguelles Moran of CubaPress was summoned to appear before a chief of the Revolutionary National Police. He received a warning of "dangerousness" because he didn't work for a state company and lacked a steady income.
On January 27, 1999, police in Ciego de Avila arrested Pedro Arguelles Morán of Cuba Press and detained him for two days.
Now Pedro Argüelles Morán is in the Combinado del Este (Havana) prison (may 2003)
